Application of Newton's Third Law of Motion "Action & Reaction." The drive methods available are manual pumps and electric pumps. Despite being a single cylinder, it can apply uniform load from both the top and bottom, allowing for easy molding of homogeneous products. There is no need to remove spacers for dual-axis molding. The mold inversion process for releasing the molded product is unnecessary. The remover is pressed from above to demold with the lower punch. Models that can be installed in approximately one tatami mat are also available. The fully automatic CIP "ECIP Series," which adopts a unique turn-lock mechanism, is suitable for molding powders such as ceramics.

We have started handling the new CIP mechanism manufactured by ENERGYN. The ECIP series features a unique turn-lock mechanism using saw blade screws, making it a static and smart CIP machine. Despite its compact size, it can handle pressures up to 300 [MPa]. We also offer models that fit within an installation area of approximately one tatami mat. With a unique opening and closing method that reconsiders traditional yoke frame and pink closure types, this system uses saw blade screws instead of full-thread screws, allowing for easy fastening with a 30° rotation, which is its appealing feature. *Saw blade screws: A fastening method that is strong against axial loads, achieved by combining square and triangular screws. We can also design and manufacture rubber molds for powder molding of Wet-Bag CIP. If we have rubber molds in stock, the initial molding test may be free of charge. Easy vertical and horizontal axis molding with a single cylinder.

The mold enters a floating state solely due to the pressure increase from the lower cylinder (biaxial molding). After the mold is set, the upper screw bolts can be lowered to reduce the open height (allowing for immediate load operation). By operating the pressure relief valve, the cylinder (and lower punch) can be lowered at will, enabling the filling depth of the powder to be freely set, thus allowing for the production of molded products of various thicknesses.
